On November 18th, 2016, just after sunrise, we said ‘I DO’ on the beautiful island of Maui. Here’s a peek inside our intimate oceanfront wedding.
A peaceful sunrise overlooking the property just an hour before the wedding.
When I tired on this Martina Liana dress for the first time six months ago, I knew it was ‘the one.’ I fell in love with the ornate lace and cascading train.
Just a pop of bling on these pointed toe Badgley Mischka flats.
Something borrowed: gorgeous Nadari earrings from my cousin. Something new: matching Nadari necklace. Something old: the bracelet my grandmother wore in her wedding over 60 years ago.
My gorgeous girlfriend and Leo’s best woman, Erin Skipley. Not only is this lovely lady responsible for glamming up some of Hollywood’s biggest names, she is also an extraordinary mom and exceptional friend.
Finishing touches. Lip color: Shiseido ‘Coral Shore’
My beautiful bridesmaids. I adore these strong, talented women.
Something blue.
We hosted a small crowd of 40 guests, but our wedding planner counted hundreds of additional spectators on the side of the lawn.
Among those spectators were our new friends the Tennessee Volunteers.
Making it official.
The wedding party.
Our guests enjoyed the stunning Aloha Pavilion at The Westin.
The culinary team at The Westin helped us create a menu that suited a multitude dietary needs. The majority of the dishes served were vegan and crafted with seasonal, local ingredients.
Cheers!
