I used to buy natural candy canes at Whole Foods, but they now carry a different brand that I find bitter. Last year I purchased these Sweet Nature Candy Canes locally at Fresh Market, but they no longer carry them. So I bought them online. I like the flavor. They are just as I remember the candy canes of my childhood: sweet peppermint without bitterness. The canes are 5.25 inches long, twelve canes per box. I enjoy having them once a year. But I would purchase locally if I could, as 11 out of 12 canes arrived broken when I bought them from Amazon. A word of warning: If you order these by themselves (shipped by Amazon), they will be shipped in an unpadded bag, and they will break in transit. If you order them with other items, you might do better, as they might be shipped in a box. As long as they aren't shipped with something heavy, they should be fine in a box.
